Our services vary from short to wide range planning and coordination. We designed our wedding in a way that may provide options that couples may achieve their dream wedding.

Weddings

*Consultation Service

This type of service is done before any wedding preparations are made. This service is best for couples who would like professional guidance and direction on how to start and manage their wedding plans. A hard/ soft copy or apps of Wedding Checklist, Budget Planner, sample Time-line and Program will be provided by Eternity Weddings and Events 


* On-the-Day Coordination Service

This type of service is done at least 2 weeks before the wedding. This service is best for couples who have already planned everything for their wedding but needs the assurance that all they have planned are well-implemented on the wedding day. We at Eternity Weddings and Events  will provide assistance on the wedding day and assure smooth flow of event at their chosen ceremony and reception venue.

* Finishing-Touches Coordination Service

This type of service is done at least one month before the wedding. This service is ideal for couples who have already planned everything but would like Eternity Weddings and Events  to make sure that they haven't missed on anything. Prior the wedding, Eternity Weddings and Events  will conduct: Wedding Rehearsal, reviewing of contracts with suppliers, checking on physical arrangements planned by the couple, double-checking on wedding checklist and reviewing the program sequence.

* Semi-Full Coordination Service

This type of service is done at least 3 months prior the wedding. This is best for brides and grooms who have already contacted and signed contracts with at least 50% of various vendors, but would like 8ternitywedding to take over, polish details and make necessary follow-ups for the wedding. This type of service is also ideal for couples who'd like to plan and are hands-on on the major or most important items of their wedding and would like Eternity Weddings and Events  to take care of other less important items and assume responsibility on the implementation of all things planned during the wedding day.

* Complete Coordination Service

This type of service is done at least 6 months prior the wedding. This is best for couples who would like Eternity Weddings and Events  to be there from start to finish. This is perfect for couples who are busy, working full time or are planning their event but are based outside Cebu or outside the country. This package includes all of the wedding planning and event supervision, from marriage documentation to planning your honeymoon.
